I wanted to know where your factory is located or where does the dress ship from. I've had bad experiences with items shipped or sold from overseas like china. they don't offer what they advertise. Can you please kindly tell me? Thank you in advance. -Ester

Hello, trying to find my dress. Website says it was delivered, yet it is not here. Address on order is correct. Please tell me how it was to be delivered: UPS, FEDEX, what is tracking number- your phone number is not valid, is this a scam?

2) If you choose standard delivery, you have to pay 22.42 dollars for shipping to TN.

hi - my daughter loves Style # MP1618. can you explain more about how this works - re: tailoring. do I order it and have it tailored myself? can we see color samples - she loves the purple it's show in - but teal, hot pink, and some of the blues (electric / royal)? also - can dresses be modified (i.e. if it is "short" can it be made "high-low"? thank you so much.

2)About the color samples, we just charge the shipping cost.

via Standard:  $25   7-12working days
via Expedite : $30  3-6working days
You can get 5 swatches at most at a time.
All the colors and fabrics are subject to the real product.
